It’s Marco here, and I am an innovator at heart. I trained as a litigation lawyer in Italy. It did not fit me. So, I moved to the Netherlands for advanced studies in law and digital technologies. Then spent the next decade working across law firms and in-house teams, in the UK, with legal services, tech, and design roles. I am now Innovation Manager at TLT LLP and Co-Founder of Legal Tech in the South West. Nominated for the Innovation Trailblazer Award at the European Legal Innovation and Technology Awards in 2025. What I have learned along the way: transformation projects work when they start with a real problem someone is trying to solve, and often stall when they start with a tool someone wants to deploy. Whether I am running projects, supporting negotiations, leading workshops, or building communities, my work pushes the innovation agenda forward through the relationships I build. I love Lego and my French Bulldog, Rocco.
