This session takes you behind the scenes of that transformation, highlighting the strategy, challenges, and lessons learned from moving a complex, national-scale environment into the digital future. Attendees will gain insight into how Transnet approached this multi-year initiative, from business case development and stakeholder alignment to data readiness, infrastructure redesign, and change management. The presentation will explore how the migration is unlocking real-time visibility, improving process efficiency, and laying the foundation for future innovations such as predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation across port and logistics operations.
