He holds degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria, a Government Certificate of Competency as a Mechanical Engineer, and an MBA from Stellenbosch. Starting his career at Sasol Mining in 1995, Hendrik rose through engineering and procurement leadership roles to become Vice President within Sasol’s global Supply Chain. Today, he oversees supply chain services, digitalisation, sourcing, and value chain optimisation across complex, large-scale operations.
