Session Overview

Beyond Contract Management: Your Contracts Know More Than You Think
Most organisations manage contracts as documents to be stored, searched and renewed. But contracts contain far more valuable knowledge — from obligations and risks to commercial terms, relationships and key decisions.
This session explores what changes when contracts become a living source of business knowledge.
Through practical examples, we’ll show how AI, built into a governed and secure platform, can help teams search contracts using natural language, extract key information, compare agreements, analyse contracts against organisational standards and playbooks, and surface obligations and risks.
We’ll also explore the contract journey from initial request through review, approval, execution and renewal and how technology can make each stage more intelligent and connected.
The focus is practical: what AI can genuinely deliver today, where human judgement remains essential, and what organisations need to consider around governance, security and trust.
Leave with a new perspective on the contracts already sitting in your organisation and the knowledge hiding inside them.
Three Tangible Learnings
See why the contract repository mindset leaves money, time and knowledge on the table.
Understand why AI on contracts only works when the data carries context and metadata.
See how the whole contract lifecycle can live in one platform, and what each capability does.
