Astronauts: Navigating the Unknowns of a SAP Project
Who didn’t want to be an Astronaut when they were growing up? Heading out into Outer Space, boldly going where no-one else had dared to go before, you know the line…
Unfortunately, it’s a safe bet, that none of us really got to experience the challenges and delights of being an Astronaut.
Not all is lost though. In this session, we will explore some key learnings through one of the world’s most defining pace exploration journeys, and aside from the expansion of Trivia Knowledge, we will hopefully learn a few other things as well.
Believe it or not, we’ve been in similar positions to Astronauts in the shuttle on the way up into the big unknown. Projects that looked great on paper, promised lots of business benefit, but just never delivered. Things that should have been simple to implement but took way longer and required more resource than originally planned.
