Ingrid is a professional Software Engineer with a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, a PGDip in Management Information Systems from the University of Cape Town, and a BTech in Software Engineering from the Polytechnic of Namibia. She further holds a certificate in Digital Transformation Strategy from the University of Cape Town. She currently serves as a Business Intelligence Specialist, managing the Business Intelligence & Analytics initiatives of the City of Windhoek. The section’s mandate includes formulating the BI & Analytics Strategy, implementing automated solutions to monitor key performance areas, developing solutions aimed at identifying revenue leakage, fostering a data-driven culture, ensuring compliance with the Data Governance Framework, and leveraging data to drive automation and transformation initiatives. Her hobbies are cooking, meditating on scripture for spiritual growth, and definitely shopping.
