Behind the Scenes of Our GenAI Journey
What really happens when AI moves from pilot to business as usual in a global law firm? This session shares the inside story of Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa’s GenAI journey from first experiments to adoption. You will hear how we identified the right tools and opportunities, designed and monitored pilots, and used data to decide what to scale or stop. We will cover the shift from pilot to rollout, and the change levers that helped achieve 90% adoption for one of our tools.
It is not just a technology story, we will focus on outcomes. Where has GenAI made work more complex, more complete and more valuable? Where has it not? What has changed in matter delivery and in how we manage the firm?
