Siwe Sibeko is a People Effectiveness and Change leader specialising in employee experience, culture and organisational transformation. With a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Master’s in Management (Strategic Marketing), she brings a unique lens to HR — viewing it as an internal brand and experience function, not just a business support function. She is passionate about helping organisations move from good intentions to meaningful people practices that actually land. Known for her honest, relatable style, Siwe challenges conventional HR thinking and inspires leaders to build workplaces people genuinely want to be part of and can thrive in. Outside of work, she’s either reading, writing, eating or planning her next adventure.
